About the centre

Centre for Academic Support (CAS) is a newly formed centre in Gulf College with the aim of centralising the students’ academic service provided by Gulf College. This centre is commited to provide a unique learning experience for the students. The centre is also aiming to improve the IT experience and reading pattern of students and staff.

Our Objectives

To ensure the provision of sufficient library collection and adequate services to both staff members and students in support to teaching, learning and research;
To ensure the provision of sufficient IT resources and timely services to both staff members and students;
To ensure extra support in specific learning needs for students in writing;
To contribute in developing Gulf College to a sticky campus;
To ensure better staff and student support services by working collaboratively with all the entities in the College; and
To maintain staff and student satisfaction on the services offered by the centre.
