About the Department

The IT & E-Learning Department coordinates and manages information technology facilities to the staff members and students of Gulf College.

The staff members are responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the College’s IT labs.

IT labs are equipped with the latest PCs and are connected to the web. All labs are provided with the necessary software to facilitate the delivery of the academic curriculum.

The IT & E-Learning Department provides the following services:

• Maintains the Student Information System;
• Maintains & monitors IT labs;
• Provides IT support and IT arrangements to the staff members and students during events;
• Protects the IT devices and network from harmful programmes;
• Maintains the Internet Services stability inside the campus; and
• Organises workshops and training related to IT services.
