Bashayar Ghasab Bakhit Al Ghanbousi has been working as a Lecturer in the Centre for Foundation Studies at Gulf College since March 2015. Before she joint Gulf College, she worked in different institutes and different positions. She strongly believes in self and professional development. Currently, Bashayar is working as an Officer at the Centre for Quality Assurance and Enhancement. Her working field is focusing on Risk Management. She has got Masters of Science degree in International Relations in August 2014 from Eastern Mediterranean University, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and she has got her Bachelor of Arts degree in English in January 2010 from Mazoon College, Sultanate of Oman.
Bashayar is a dedicated team player with proven leadership and communication skills. She has been constantly seeking for the suitable opportunities to leverage her talents. She is a very willing person to grasp and exploit the opportunities she finds to improve her skills and she is continuously committed to develop herself professionally. She has the follow-through and positive attitude that allow and assist her to play a role in assisting in the achievement of the organisation’s targets. Bashayar is a highly entrepreneurial and efficient person at building and maintaining relationships. She is always seeking to leverage her interpersonal skills to bring a solid service perspective and high profession development to her career and to the organisation she is serving.
