Bio

Dr. Syed Aulia is working in the Department of Business Management Studies as an Assistant Professor at Gulf College from November 2023. Earned an experience of more than 22 years in Academic Teaching, Executive Training, Research, and Consultancy. Before joining Gulf College, he worked in global reputed organizations worked as Professor- In-Charge for Executive Development Programs, Severing on Editorial Board Member -International Journal of Managerial Studies and Research (IJMSR), Editorial Board Member / Reviewer – Open Journal of Human Resource Management (ISSN 2639-197X) – USA.

Delivered workshops/ Training courses for Executives on Goal Setting, Team Building, Effective Leaders and Decision Makers, Managerial Skills, how to keep Motivation Alive, Industrial relations and Collective Bargaining, Awareness levels on Emotions and Emotional Management. Possess in-depth knowledge of Emotional Intelligence and EQ, have a fair understanding of industrial and organization psychology principle, Excellent ability to help workers in service industries to improve upon skills. Build Corporate relationship through training programs, organizing events through the support of CSR, conducting Conclaves, International Conferences, Talk Shows, conducting workshops and invited Guest Lectures, facilitating management, Team building, grooming the team members, developing rapport with individuals from diverse cultures and contributing in developing strategies to strengthen community engagement activities.
