Dr. Seema Varshney asserts an impressive career spanning over 25 years, marked by her widespread contributions in academic and administrative capacities across various educational institutions. She holds PhD in Management. Her journey includes academic and administrative roles at several reputable institutions such Center for Management and Development in Modinagar, Hasnath College of Women and Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College – Center for Management Studies in Bangalore, India.

She further enhanced her professional portfolio by serving as an Assistant Professor at Waljat Colleges of Applied Sciences (WCAS) an international study center of BIT-MESRA in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Demonstrating her commitment to academic progression, she has been an active contributor as a reviewer for indexed journals. She has also coauthored research articles with her graduate students, showcasing a dedication to both education and research. She is certified reviewer of The Research Council, Oman.
