Short Bio:

Dr. Venus is one of the senior academic staff of the faculty. She is an experienced lecturer specialised in the field of business and management studies. She has more than 25 years of experience in the industry during when she has taught students at UP, PG and doctorate level. She vast experience that has horned her into an expert in handling students from various cultural backgrounds and with different levels of learning abilities. During her tenure with the college, she has worked hard and shown great commitment and dedication to educating students at UG and PG levels. Her areas of research interest include Educational Technology, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Sustainable Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Student Engagement, and Teaching and Learning Styles.

Dr Venus completed her Doctorate in Management from the prestigious Capitol University in Cagayan de Oro City and Master in Business Administration from a Salle University, Ozamis City. She is a registered peer reviewer at the Research Council of Oman. She is a trained and Certified Assessors of His Majesty’s Industrial Excellence Awards in the Sultanate of Oman.
Dr. Venus teaches Strategic Management, Enterprise Management, Leadership and Change Management, Managing Organisation with the faculty.
