Farkhanda Rauf is a dedicated academic professional with more than 14 years of teaching experience in higher education, specializing in Accounting and Finance. She holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance), a Bachelor of Education, and a Bachelor in Accounting, forming a strong foundation for her pedagogical and disciplinary expertise.
She is currently serving as a Lecturer at Gulf College, Muscat, Oman, where she delivers courses in accounting and finance, and develops curriculum materials that promote practical learning and digital integration. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating interactive, student‑centered learning environments supported by modern educational technologies.
Ms. Rauf is also an active researcher with publications in areas such as financial performance, corporate governance, blockchain adoption, and organizational behavior. Her ongoing research work focuses increasingly on AI applications in accounting and finance, blockchain technologies, and digital transformation within financial systems. She regularly participates in international conferences, seminars, and professional training programs to strengthen her academic and research contributions.
