A highly experienced academic professional in higher education, with a distinguished record in the design, delivery, and leadership of programmes across a wide spectrum of disciplines within Business Management and Commerce, including strategic management, operations management, accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, entrepreneurship, systems, and project management. Experience extends across postgraduate, undergraduate, and professional education, with a sustained emphasis on integrating academic rigour with industry relevance. Has made significant contributions to curriculum innovation, encompassing the development of new programmes, the preparation of validation and revalidation documentation, and the continuous enhancement of curricula to ensure alignment with evolving academic standards, qualification frameworks, and market expectations.
Substantial experience in academic programme development both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and delivery in collaboration with international universities, as well as professional and chartered institutions. This includes active involvement in the validation and revalidation of academic programmes, ensuring compliance with global academic standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional quality assurance processes. Engagement in programme approval mechanisms, academic scrutiny, and alignment with recognised qualification frameworks has supported the successful delivery of high-quality transnational education and reinforced institutional credibility within international academic partnerships.

Additional credentials include a Diploma in Systems Management and UK-recognised certifications in assessment and internal verification, supporting expertise in academic delivery, evaluation, and quality assurance.
Contributions to research include the development and dissemination of scholarly work within the fields of business and management, with a focus on applied and practice-oriented studies.
