Pavithra Shetty

Ms. Pavithra Shetty is a lecturer in Accounting and Finance. She holds a master’s degree in Commerce from Mangalore University, India. She has more than 14 years of experience in teaching and administrative role in Oman and India. She started her academia as a lecturer in Sri Dhavala College (affiliated with Mangalore University), India. Apart from teaching she takes active role in organising guest lectures and training programmes for the students of the faculty. On the extra-curricular front, she had led trekking and camping expeditions for adults (Rovers and Rangers of Scouts). She is the recipient of “Work Excellence Award” for 2 consecutive years, 2013 and 2014. She has a record of an extraordinary participation in international seminars/webinars.
She teaches Personal Finance, Introduction to Quantitative Methods, Finance for Managers, and Fundamentals of Management and Accounting with the Faculty.
