Ms. Sonia has been working as a lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Management since 2012. Owning to her commitment and sincerity, she was promoted as a Programme Leader in the faculty. She is an experienced academic as well as an efficient administrator. Before joining Gulf College, she was a lecturer teaching undergraduate at a College affiliated with Calicut University in India. She is adept at teaching a diverse portfolio of modules in the areas of Business Management and Accounting. She holds a master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calicut, India. Her areas of research interest are in the field of Accounting and Marketing Management. She has published research work and has attended conferences in her endeavor to enhance her professional skills. Ms. Sonia teaches Business Skills, Introduction to Business Accounting, Finance for Managers, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Managing Financial Information in the faculty. She guides final-year students with their project work and research undertakings.
