Dr. Suzan Al-Najjar has been serving the college as a Business lecturer since 2017. She has extensive experience in the field of academics and has worked for prestigious universities – Fahad Bin Sultan University, Saudi Arabia and Yarmouk University, Jordan. She has also served as a coordinator for Graduate Studies (MBA & EMBA programmes-Female campus) in Business & Management College at Fahad Bin Sultan University. Her areas of research interest encompass six-sigma, operations management and quality management. She has co-written research paper related to knowledge management and Six Sigma.
At Gulf College she teaches the modules People Resource Planning, Management in Contemporary Organisation, Entrepreneurship – creativity and innovation, Personal Development Planning, Research methods for Business and Work Experience.
She is a Master’s graduate with specialised in Business Administration (MBA), and has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Yarmouk University, Jordan. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Quality Management from Yarmouk University.
