Muna AL-ALawi is a Lecturer with exhaustive experience in teaching English, human resource management, department administration, training, and development. She received her Master’s Degree in Business Management from Sunderland University, a B.A in English Language and Literature from Sultan Qaboos University, and a Diploma of Higher Education from the Institute of Education, MOE, Oman. During her career, she has held different positions, from an English Senior Teacher to the Recruitment and Training Deputy Manager at TRD EPC1 company for Duqm Refinery, Oman.
She is currently a Lecturer and a Module Leader at the Faculty of Business and Management Studies. She teaches various modules including Business Structures and Regulation, Work Experience with Personal Development Planning, Managing People and Organisations, HRM in Context, and Personal Development Planning.
She is passionate about her work and students and works hard to provide her students with better learning experiences. She believes that good communication and great work relationships can be built through teamwork and cooperation. Muna is an active person toward self-development. She is currently doing her Ph.D. studies in Business and Human Resource Management.
