She has earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management, Master of Education, majoring in English, and Bachelor in Secondary Education, majoring in English. She is a highly compassionate and approachable teaching professional, with 18 years of hands-on teaching experience, a dedicated Academic Outreach coordinator and Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) documentation coordinator, a module leader, and an academic advisor. She is dedicated and passionate about education. Being a versatile educator, she has taken the opportunity to instruct a wide variety of students from various backgrounds and all facets of society. As a versatile educator, she needs to be flexible in shifting a paradigm in education and comes up with the most innovative way to cater to the students. Moreover, with her management experience, she assumed positions that honed her skills in coordinating relevant activities, conducting needs assessments, providing feedback for quality improvements, preparing supporting materials needed for international accreditation, helping prepare Self-Study Reports, and the like. As a result, she became more motivated to accomplish things and to meet the desired outcomes. Lastly, as part of the requirements for lecturers teaching English, she is a professional licensed teacher and a TESOL (Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages) certified.
