Ms. Suhaila Yaqub Al-Zadjali has been an English lecturer at Gulf College since 2014. Her teaching style is to test the students’ knowledge about the topics and contents. Also, she encourages and challenges her students to have deep thinking and understanding while discussing and explaining by using models, background information, and examples. Also, she is a focal point of the English Language Platform with We Bridge, handling the Platform here at GC and liaising with We Bridge. Her area of research interest is to Proposed Criteria to Develop the Performance Evaluation of Faculty Members in Private Colleges in the Sultanate of Oman. She has published her research paper under the title Listening to the Other Side: A Phenomenology on Peer Observation in the international journal of education research for higher education.
