Training Unit

About Training Unit

Institutions in public and private sectors and community service face a number of renewed challenges. So, they need to draw appropriate policies and strategies to develop and evaluate the various functions of the institution so that the services provided by the institution reach distinct levels. It is important to review, improve and develop work processes and procedures for the better, and for this we must move away from the phrase (we know what we do) and turn to (we have to ask and learn from others how to work better).

Institutions need to continuously build employee capabilities, permanent review and continuous evaluation of results, and encourage the principle of one team work to identify defect sites and provide practical and realistic solutions and proposals and fix defects, and thus reduce resistance to change so that the culture of quality becomes a habit and a natural practice that leads to continuous improvement of work performance and creating a spirit of creativity and development. The permanent presence of all employees and the provision of innovative, high-quality training solutions that respond to the needs and aspirations of institutions, employees, students, self-employed and entrepreneurs.
