The BA (Hons) Business and Management Studies: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PATHWAY is awarded by Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK.
On successful completion of the Human Resource Management pathway, students should be able to consolidate, expand and deepen the knowledge gained from core modules in this field. In particular, students will focus on the journey of the employee and managers through an organisation, from recruitment and selection and career development through to redundancy and retirement. The scope to choose optional provides the opportunity to build and enhance knowledge and skills in specific areas as per individual requirements.
Graduates will be global and ethical in outlook with an awareness of the dangers and opportunities of ever changing digital and technological developments. Graduates will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge needed to apply a multi-disciplinary approach to analysing and managing the problems that 21st Century Business World will present.
