Mrs Reshma Ahmad is a Programme Leader in Faculty of Business and Mangement Studies. Working since 2004 at Gulf College, she has been involved in the teaching, learning and assessment process of Staffordshire University and the Cardiff Metropolitan University programmes starting from Level 3 through to the Level 6 stage. She has 26 years of academic and industry linked experience which inculdes teaching, assessing, managing academic affairs, working closely with the industry and ensuring that what is delivered at the institution is applied significantly at the students’ workplaces. Developed several teaching and learning materials, formative and summative assessment papers and have worked significantly with the industry to understand the requirements and apply the curriculum for the learning and development of students as required by the industry. Received Academic Excellence Award in 2013 and 2017 and Academic Service Award in 2015 at the Gulf College
