The Board includes His Highness Sayyid Firas bin Fatik Al Said as Chairman, Professor Dr. Taher bin Abdulrahman Baamer as Deputy Chairman, Dr. Issa bin Sabeel Al Balushi, Professor Dr. Taqi bin Abdulreda Al Abdoani, along with additional members Dr Abdulaziz bin Mahmoud Al Mahrazi, Dr Salim bin Humaid Al-Shuaili, Dr. Zainab bint Ali Al Balushi, and Dr Khalid bin Abdulwahab Al Balushi. Professor Dr Ali bin Hamad Al Badi, Dean of the College, also serves as a member and rapporteur.

During this meeting, several important topics were addressed, including the approval to submit the operational budget for the current academic year (October 2024 – September 2025) to the Board of Directors for their approval. The Board also reviewed the College’s strategic plan for the period from September 2021 to August 2026, assessing the achievements to date against the specified performance indicators and comparing the targeted results with the actual outcomes. Furthermore, the Board discussed proposed amendments to the College’s organisational structure to align with the demands of the upcoming phase and Oman Vision 2040. The terms of reference and responsibilities of the Board of Trustees were also reviewed in accordance with the regulations approved by the relevant authorities. The Board subsequently made appropriate decisions regarding the items listed on the agenda.
