Karima Diljan Al Balushi

Karima Al Balushi is a lecturer in Business and Management Studies with a specialization in finance. She teaches undergraduate business modules and supports students in developing analytical, academic, and professional competencies aligned with contemporary business and financial practice. Mrs Al Balushi is actively involved in student assessment, academic supervision, and programme-related academic activities that contribute to enhancing teaching quality and student learning outcomes.

Mrs Karima’s academic interests focus on research, professional development training, teaching and learning, and learning development within higher education. She also contributes to initiatives that support student engagement and the development of international academic pathways.
