Submission Guidelines

Dear Authors,

Thank you for your interest in submitting a full paper for presentation at the International Conference on Business, Communication, and Technology 2025 (ICBCT2025).

Please carefully read the submission guidelines below to ensure your manuscript adheres to the required standards.

General Guidelines

1. Eligibility: Submissions should be original, unpublished works relevant to the conference themes and tracks.
2. Language: All papers must be written in English.

Paper Format

1. Length: Full papers should be between 12 to 15 pages, including references, tables, and figures.
2. Font and Size: Use Times New Roman, size 12-point, for the main text.
3. Margins: Set the page margins to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
4. Spacing: The manuscript should be double-spaced, with single-spacing for tables and figures.
5. File Format: Submit the manuscript as a PDF or WORD document.

Structure of the Paper

1. Title Page:
   • Title of the paper (bold, 16-point font).
   • Author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and email address(es).
   • Indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).

1. Abstract:
   • Include an abstract of 150–250 words summarizing the research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
2. Keywords:
   • Provide 4–6 keywords separated by commas.
3. Main Content:
   • Introduction: Brief background and objectives of the study.
   • Literature Review: Summary of related works.
   • Methodology: Description of research design, data collection, and analysis.
   • Results and Discussion: Presentation and interpretation of findings.
   • Conclusion: Summary of findings, implications, and future research directions.
4. References:
   • Follow APA citation style. Ensure all citations are complete and properly formatted.

Submission Process

1. Online Submission: Upload your paper to the conference submission portal by clicking the link here:
2. Deadline: Submissions must be received by March 1, 2024.
3. Acknowledgment: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your submission.

Review and Notification

1. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Please ensure that the manuscript contains no identifying information about the authors.
2. Authors will be notified of the review decision by March 20, 2025.
3. If revisions are required, authors must submit the revised manuscript by April 10, 2025.  

Publication and Presentation

1. Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings
2. Selected papers will be considered for publication in BCT and other journals (refer to the accepted papers)
3. At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper.
