Dr. Taqi reiterated some issues such as less participation from consumers due to lack of awareness and guidance, incomplete manufacturers and retailers database and inconsistent list of manufacturers. Likewise, he elaborated on the challenges like difficulty in identifying registered manufacturers and retailers and non-participation of target respondents in filling out the survey questionnaires.

In order to resolve these issues and challenges, both teams agreed on some arrangements These include reviewing and revising the project timeline by GC team; conducting monthly meetings to be attended by both parties to closely monitor the progress; and arranging a gathering involving all stakeholders such as consumers, manufacturers, retailers and legislative bodies.
